Fidelity Communications has been providing business communication services to customers in Missouri for the last 60 years. Today, we provide service to around 60,000 business and residential customers in five states.

My Internet runs great! Has been for over a year now. And when I did have a problem, tech came out and said squirrels chewed the line, but tech repaired the lines in 2 days and haven't had a problem since. Thanks Fidelity!

I had Fidelity in 2011 and I have it again currently since December 2013. I had to cancel due to moving out of service area, but once I was back in the area I got back on Fidelity and due to me leaving on good standing (no late bills, I returned all my equipment) I was not required to pay any deposits when I signed back up with them. The Davis family purchased the Fidelity Telephone Co. in 1940 and it prospered under the direction of their father, the late John T. Davis, who died in December of 2010.
