One-Time Reconnection Charge

Customers disconnected for nonpayment are charged for service reconnection.

  • Reconnections - $20.00 - Within the first ten days from the day of the disconnect with same services and at the same location. After ten days the customer is charged a $39.95 for a reconnection fee.
  • Change Name or Billing Address - $20.00
  • Returned Checks - $30.00
      Billing & Late Charges

      Cable service is billed one month in advance. Refunds will be issued within 30 days following the resolution of the request and the return of our equipment if service is terminated.

      Failure to pay your cable bill can lead to the disconnection of your cable service. To avoid disconnection, your current month's cable bill should be paid by your due date. If your bill is not paid by then, you will receive a Disconnect Notice.

      Should you fail to pay your cable bill before the next billing date, the past due amount will be added to your next month's bill. If not paid within 15 days, you will receive a Disconnect Notice and service will be disconnected.

      If your service is disconnected, we will reconnect the service only after you have paid all past due amounts, one month's service in advance and a reconnection fee.
